This wellness membership is for established patients in Portland who want to stay well — not wait for flare-ups, pain cycles, or nervous system overwhelm to take over.
If you’ve completed a care series with me in the past year and are feeling relatively stable, this membership offers a slower, deeper way to continue care.
One visit per month.
Think of it as a monthly reset — supporting your TMJ, fascia, and nervous system
What This Is
A once-monthly, 45-minute appointment focused on what your body needs that month.
That might include:
TMJ and jaw work
Fascial and craniosacral therapy
Nervous system support
Or simply slowing things down and checking in before small issues become big ones
We’re not treating isolated symptoms.
We’re working with patterns, capacity, and regulation.
