Myofascial Release in Portland, OR
Gentle fascial therapy for chronic tension, pain, and nervous system support
Myofascial release is a hands-on therapy that works with the fascia (connective tissue) to relieve chronic tension, pain, and restriction in the body.
When fascia becomes tight or restricted—often from stress, injury, or overuse—it can create pain, stiffness, and that “always tight” feeling that stretching doesn’t fix.
*These sessions are a fusion of Myofascial release + Craniosacral Therapy and are done fully clothed on a warm massage table.
Myofascial release can help if you’re dealing with:
Headaches, jaw tension
Chronic stress or feeling constantly “on edge”
Pain or tension with no clear cause
Always wired, exhausted, or unable to fully relax
Old injuries that never fully resolved
Pain that moves around or doesn’t make sense
What Myofascial Release Helps With
What is Fascia?
Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, joints, and organs. When it becomes restricted or dehydreated, it can create pain, stiffness, and that “always tight” feeling.
Instead of forcing change, we:
work with your body (not against it)
help unwind long-held tension patterns
support your nervous system so change actually lasts
This work isn’t done to you.
It’s done with you.
It’s collaborative, curious, and deeply respectful of your system’s pace.
A Different Approach to Myofascial Release
This work is slow, intuitive, and responsive to your body—not forceful or aggressive.
These sessions take place fully clothed, on a warm massage table. Touch is gentle and non-invasive.
Check-In – We start with a conversation about what your body is holding today.
Hands-On Work – Gentle myofascial and Craniosacral techniques follow what your system needs.
Integration – Most clients feel lighter, grounded, and deeply relaxed afterward.

Hypermobility & EDS
Living with hypermobility or Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) can make traditional bodywork uncomfortable—or even counterproductive.
A blend of Myofascial Release + Craniosacral Therapy offer a gentle alternative, using light touch to support your body without overstretching sensitive tissues.
As someone who understands the lived experience of hypermobility, this work is a personal passion for Becky.
These sessions can help calm the nervous system, reduce pain, and promote well-being and ease of movement.
