What is Craniosacral Therapy?
What to Expect in a Session
These single 45-minute sessions, booked as-needed, create space for change to happen in the body. These sessions do NOT include TMJ work inside the mouth.
Intake: A typical session begins with a brief check in
Hands-on work: You’ll lie fully clothed on a warm massage table. These sessions consist of VERY GENTLE bodywork and myofascial therapy designed to restore balance to the nervous system.
Integration: Many clients feel deeply relaxed, lighter, and more at ease immediately after a session.
Hypermobility & EDS
Living with hypermobility or Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) can make traditional bodywork uncomfortable. Craniosacral Therapy uses gentle touch and fascia listening to support your body without overstretching tissues.
