Unlike traditional chiropractic adjustments, my TMJ therapy uses a fascia-based, nervous-system-aware method.
During your session, I use gentle, hands-on techniques to release tension around the jaw, head, neck and fascia. This approach:
Helps the body unwind chronic holding patterns
Encourages the nervous system to downshift
Restores ease and balance to the jaw and surrounding tissues
Avoids force, cracking or aggressive manipulation.
Many clients describe sessions both as calming and deeply effective for releasing jaw pain and full-body tension.

How It Works
Investment: $490 for 3 Sessions
TMJ work is best delivered over multiple sessions to achieve optimal results which is why all new clients (ages 14+) start with a three session package. To enhance your progress, herbal remedies, breathwork, nervous system practices, and personalized home exercises rooted in myofunctional therapy may also be recommended to support long-term balance and well-being.
75-Minute Intake
Your initial session will begin with a detailed intake and physical exam to explore the symptoms that are showing up in your body.
2 45-Minute Sessions
Our follow-up sessions are scheduled over the next 2 weeks, helping us dig deeper into symptoms and explore root causes & home exercises.

Continued Care
Some clients will feel relief after just 3 sessions, but if you’ve been dealing with symptoms for weeks (or years!), you will likely can require continued treatment, gradually spread out over time. Following the completion of your 3 session package, we’ll have a better understanding of your individual needs and can collaborate on a treatment plan that’s right for you.

No! I treat the fascia, the nervous system and the STORY behind the tension. You are welcome to schedule if you’re dealing with jaw issues or not.

You will be given space to share what you’re noticing in your body. During the session, you will lie fully clothed on a warm massage table. The work is extremely gentle and calming (people often fall asleep!). Clients are often surprised by how much lighter and more open they feel immediately following a session.

The simple answer is that health is a journey, not a destination. I suggest consistent wellness care for EVERYONE. As far as getting out of pain or decreasing symptoms, I usually recommend starting with three sessions, spaced a week apart. After your first three session, I should have a more concrete answer.

No. Health insurance is a really broken system that I choose not to participate in. My treatments are based on each client’s needs rather than insurance guidelines. To make care accessible, I offer some of my sessions on a sliding scale, and I am always happy to arrange payment plans.

Wear loose, comfortable clothes that allow for easy movement and stretching. Yoga pants or sweatpants paired with a t-shirt or long-sleeved shirt are good options. Avoid tight or restrictive clothing, jeans, turtlenecks and bulky sweaters.
